The Master disposes of the assassin who failed to capture Nick Fury and appoints a girl as his replacement.

Despite several attempts, Hydra's leader is unable to locate S.H.I.E.L.D.'s headquarters and even manages to lose their Hydra-Ram in the process when their agents attacks a booby-trapped warehouse.

After Imperial Industries International board meeting, new chairman Leslie Farrington asks Brown, his secretary, for a complete history of all board members. Agent G tries to convince her father, Imperial Hydra, to abandon his plans for world domination, but he launches a giant Betatron Bomb in orbit anyway. While Farrington imposes his dictatorial authority on the corporation, Hydra's Tiger Division has managed to capture Nick Fury, and the Fox Division delivers an ultimatum to force Washington to surrender. During a board meeting, an underground explosion forces Farrington to adjourn. Imperial Hydra realizes that his daughter is helping Fury escape so he is forced to send his assassins to deal with them and with S.H.I.E.L.D.'s rescue squad. When the Tiger Division fails, along with all his plans, Brown removes his Imperial Hydra robes and decides to destroy Hydra, taking Fury and his own daughter to their doom in the process. But before he can press the destruct button, the old man is ironically killed by Hydra agents who can't believe he was actually their leader.
