I didn't really recall Infinity and Oblivion as cosmic beings. Apparently Oblivion first appeared in the Iceman limited series and then in that last very meta issue of Quasar we read. And Infinity is just in a Thor arc from 1970-71.

Clearly someone forgot to remove Andromeda from the mailing list. She was certainly the most random hero to show up in the ensemble.

It's hard to look at some of the issues we read and know whether they are canon or not. This one seems more like parody, however some of the Sensational She-Hulk and HTD issues wavers between parody and being set in the 616...

I thought the resolution was clever enough but this had the feel of a Crazy Magazine...

The ending was too abrupt, but overall I thought this series was great and may have liked it more than the previous two. I was surprised upon reading the negative comments here to find that people were treating this as if it were a canonically factual story in the 616. Seriously? I wouldn't think a series like this would need a printed disclaimer to tell people not to take it seriously, but apparently it does?

"I am the Watcher; charged with the duty to observe, cursed with the restriction that I may never interfere." I could hear the contempt dripping from his voice in my mind when I read that!

2 stars for the story; grade of D+ for the series. Definitely not as good as either of the first two series, but it had its moments. I can't say I particularly care for the resolution, but I do have to admit I didn't see it coming! Too easy. But @go2shaw sums it up best; this worked better as a parody instead of an in-continuity arc, so if you read it as such, odds are you were pretty entertained by it!

Ghost Rider, Punisher, and Wolverine! A 3/4 90's Yahtzee!

I think if these were part of the Expanded Order vs. Main 616, I would enjoy them better because I could read them as parody like they were intended at the time they came out. Putting them in 616 continuity kinda ruins it for me.

So glad I got this on MU and did not waste time and money tracking these issues down. The only thing this issue has going for it is it's the last one. Man this was bad.

I didn't catch the Infinity Gauntlet send up till I read the comments. I forgot that story was coming up, so didn't make the connection.

I’d appreciate this more if it were placed after Infinity Gauntlet

I enjoyed this one OK. It's largely a send-up of Infinity Gauntlet.

He gave Infinity a manicure! This is amazing! My fanclub of one will miss Damage Control.

I think the only think this has going for it is that it is now over. Mercifully short.

Once upon a time, I read the third volume of Damage Control, and it sucked ass. The end.

I think I sort of liked the first 2 volumes of Damage Control. Really didn't care for this one.
