Issue Blurb
Ivan Kragoff and his three trained primates, are bombarded by cosmic rays while on the way to the moon, gaining special powers. Reed Richards is testing a new rocket fuel and, along with the rest of the Fantastic Four, is also on his way to the moon. The two parties meet a conflict for ownership of the moon begins.
