Issue Notes
Placement Notes
This issue has a unrepeatable continuity problem. Thor #283 - #302 is one giant story arc with Thor's appearance in Avengers #181-#182 set before the beginning of that large story arc. Avengers Annual #9 And Avengers #189 are supposed to be set during Thor's adventures with Eternals in the middle of this arc, although the end of the thor arc does not allow for this to happen. It was decided to keep The Thor run whole and placed the two offending Avengers stories after the completion of this arc.
