Not much actually happens, but the ideas on display are fantastic! As is the art.
Thor saves Recorder 211 from deactivation, then returns to Asgard to view (with Odin) events surrounding the birth of Galactus.
Its almost like fan service. First, Thor stands up for his buddy, and the Rigellians put up no resistance. This is the last we see of Recorder 211 for a while. Hell be back in the pages of WARLOCK and INCREDIBLE HULK in four years. Then, in eight years, hell return to THOR for another arc.
Then, a lot of questions we have about Galactus are answered. This section, even though its just the Asgardians viewing the distant past, is epic.
