After seeing Thor: The Dark World, I realized how long it had been since my only significant personal encounter with comic books - a sizable stack of Thor in my best friend's house in the 1980's. Everything else I knew was based on TV cartoons and being a bystander while he talked comics with our other friends. A peek at Marvel Masterworks on Amazon had me deflated: catching up would be expensive. Then I read a web page somewhere that recommended Marvel Unlimited instead. But faced with the 13,000 issues they had archived, where do I start?! A Google search later, I found CMRO.
