When both parties are under control, he explains that he comes from a race of observers who have chosen never to interfere. But now that humans have taken their quarrel to his domain, he is teleporting them to an isolated area of the moon so they can fight it off. After the Fantastic Four have defeated the Red Ghost, the Watcher informs them that he decided to leave for another part of the galaxy.
