Below average.
The Avengers arrive to rescue Cyclops but he immediately begins fighting them. Even though he sent Angel to fetch them. The rest of the issue is mostly the two teams fighting. The ending tries for one of those it-was-a-ruse-all-along reveals but its not very convincing.
The relationship between Magneto and the Toad is well written here. Toads betrayal at the end is earned.
